About the role
Your job role
- Calling companies from an existing CRM database and building a pipeline of warm leads
- Arrange site surveys/meetings for our Business Development Director

- Introducing company by emailing information and creating proposals
- Work towards agreed weekly kpi call and appointment targets
- Maintenance of CRM database
The ideal candidate will
- Great communication skills
- Previous B2B experience (not essential)
- Experience in using a CRM database
- A positive and self-motivated approach to working

BDMs are technically trained
Our Business Development Managers do not solely attend client appointments – they are also technically trained, so will be on hand to provide technical support when you need it.
