About the role
Your job role
- Achievement of annual new business revenue sales target
- Identifying the needs and requirements of the customer and providing bespoke solutions
- Creation of a very strong pipeline of opportunities; at least three times sales target will be required in order to achieve objectives
- Generating new business and maintaining relationships across a wide customer base
About you
Ideally you will have a background in BDM, Sales or Account Management and have a proven track record of sales with a good understanding of the Electrical industry. The ideal person will be looking to join an exciting a growing business offering the chance to progress your career.
The ideal candidate will have
- Demonstrable experience of selling to customers in a challenging and technical environment
- Demonstrable understanding and evidence of outstanding communication skills with both internal and external customers
- Highly developed relationship building skills are required, as is the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
- Integrity, honesty and a proven desire to be the best for both your customers and an ambassador for the Company
- Proficient user of Microsoft Word and Excel
In return for your commitment and expertise, you will be offered
